FYI
Every W2K machine that has had this update installed on our network
didn't shut down properly after the required reboot via WSUS.
Luckly the situation doesn't appear to be permanent. I assume other
people have had similar experiences? MS I think you need to withdrawl
and/or update this patch.
Accordingly to the meta data this patch isn't superceeded, but I now
find out on the website that "version 2 of Update Rollup 1 for Windows
2000 SP4" might?
